Registration information

Business, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Conference

The BENI Conference 2026, focusing on Business, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, will be held on June 8-9, 2026, organized by the Faculty of Business Economics at Rey Juan Carlos University and ADD Business Analytics Observatory. Authors are expected to present an extended abstract summarizing their full paper submissions. Presentations at BENI will be delivered by one author and will receive direct feedback from Editors, Guest Editors, or Reviewers attending the conference to enhance their contributions. Authors will also have the opportunity to submit their revised full papers to the Call for Papers associated with the BENI Conference 2026.

Registration fee* > One payment of 1350€ per registration that includes one paper presentation coauthored by one or more authors. All authors will receive a certificate of participation. Only one author payment is required per registration. 2 full paper submissions are allowed as a maximum per author. 

Registration deadline > 2 June 2026

*The payment of one registration fee includes one full paper submission that can be authored by several authors. At least one author should present the Extended Abstract communication at the Conference.

Extended Abstract deadline* > 13 March 2026

Full paper submission deadline* > 2 June 2026

*Extended Abstract submission is not mandatory but highly recommended. Extended Abstracts should include: Purpose, Methodology, Findings and Originality (300 – 400 words). Extended Abstract will be sent by email to submissions@beniconference.com. Upon receipt, the extended abstracts will be reviewed, and feedback will be provided to the authors.

One registration to BENI Conference 2026 includes:

• Feedback from Editors, Guest-Editors or Reviewers attending the Conference
• Certificate of attendance (for authors attending the Conference online)
• Conference Proceedings with ISBN including the Extended Abstracts/Paper’s Abstract.
• The opportunity to publish 2 papers as maximum in the CFPs attending the Conference*

*It should be noted that papers presented at the conference may have the opportunity to be invited to the CFPs attending the conference, but BENI Conference does not guarantee the publication of these papers.

*Registration Payment is made through Bank Transfer or Direct Payment to Rey Juan Carlos University. The information related to the Bank Transfer is shown to the authors when completing the Registration form. Please note that BENI Conference registration is not complete until payment has been made and confirmed. BENI Conference 2026 does not accept the “Cargos Internos” payment method.
